The Danube Delta – a wild land
THE FISH – BASIC DISH IN THE DANUBE DELTA
Quite apart from the natural beauty of Romania, the country prides itself on it’s food, fish in particular. Here, the restaurants offer a wide variety of different fish and you simply cannot leave without at least tasting a croquet of sturgeon, fried sturgeon or borsch of fish prepared with great care. No matter what tastes you have, you will certainly find a specialty you like, one that will tickle your taste buds, make your mouth water and leave you yearning for more.
You will never forget a trip to the Danube Delta and we are certain you will go home with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return soon. Everything here is designed around a great spirit of adventure and the desire of seeing very special sights in this delightful country. In short, a rich and rewarding experience.
