Dear Sir or Madam,
This is a very unusual request, but I have been trying to find out more about the Royal Stables of Romania.
In 1900 my grandaunt, a Lizzie Baldock, married a Francis Hammond Sanderson, often known as Frank. Francis became a leading jockey in Romania and rode and trained for the King and Queen, he also rode for the Prime Minister of Romania.
I have no idea where to try and get information concerning these events, so am writing to you in the hope that you might beable to point me in some direction in obtaining my goal.
I would be truly grateful for any advice.Yours sincerely
Michael Baldock -
Your site is really nice.

La sectiunea ‘Culinary’, spre exemplu, ati mai putea adauga/include si alte cateva mentiuni despre: celebrii mititei romanesti (grilled minced-meat rolls), sau despre pastrama (pastrami) & must (young wine); despre mamaliguta cu branza si smantana (Polenta with cheese & sour cream); tochitura moldoveneasca (Moldavian style deep-fried mixed meat platter); Piftie (meat jelly dish – served cold); Papanasi (Romanian style doughnuts seved with jam & sour cream); Salata de Beuf (Beef Salad); Chiftelute prajite (deep-fried meatballs); ouale de Paste (Romanian style Easter Eggs) s.a.m.d… -

In June we traveled around Romania with Theador Valesqu, former national folk dance choreographer. We traveled from Bucharest to Bracau to Gura Humorului to Bistrita to TiraMures to Brasov to Burcharest. In the area of Tirgu Mures, we were treated, unexpectedly, to village meals. They prepared a sheep stew and mamaliga. One mamaliga had cheese and pork rinds, the other no pork. Both were wonderful. I’m surprised you don’t have mamaliga recipies. And another thing, when we visited villages for folk dance performances (and teaching us), we were usually served a strong liquor (I think called streta) and/or blueberry or other berry based wines. I think these drinks should be listed on your web site in cuisine section.

Buna ziua. In primul rand doresc sa va felicit pentru blog-ul dvs.
Va sugerez daca puteti pe viitor sa apara si in limba spaniola.
Salutari din Valencia,
